Terrible place. Do not buy from them. They will screw you in every way possible. My dad and myself purchased from them and it is the biggest regret ever. You people suck and should seriously be ashamed of yourselves. I hope your company goes bankrupted and you close down with every scummy employee out of a job.

This dealership gave me better service than where my 1st Nissan was leased from. So I went here when my lease was up and got another from them. Been great service ever since.
THEY SUCK ASS! HORRIBLE!. they could not find the car on the lot even though it came up in inventory and he had the keys. They pressured me to commit to buy without even seeing the car. The salesperson even followed me to my car AFTER I told him I felt uncomfortable and pressured. Then he had the audacity to ask me if he would hear from me...WHAT??!! Ummm. HELL NO! we went to Dorshel Nissan in Henrietta. THEY WERE GREAT to work with and I got the exact car I was looking for and they had no problem locating it in their lot...... read more
If I could give no stars I would. Worst customer service ever. The day after I bought my vehicle I told them the tranny was slipping they said to bring it to fucillos.. Fucillos did the warrenty repair with no hassle.
I don't normally write reviews but these guys are just looking to scam people. Went for a New York State inspection and they quoted me 3k worth of repairs that aren't even items part of a safety inspection. Went to another shop and they said everything was fine. The service advisor had the same selling pitch to everyone in the waiting room. One star is too much.
I wouldn't recommed Vision to anyone. I have had nothing but trouble with my Jeep and when I asked for them to take it back I was told I had to have done it with in 3 days of the day I got it. These people are nothing but a rip off and they over charge people. These people need to be put in there place.
