Customer friendly. Non pressuring customers to purchase high price frames. Optometrist takes her time with her examination of your eyes. You can even get “full size” snacks while you wait!
It really is a wonderful feeling to obtain great care and service from beginning to end. I loved my experience here yesterday. From the receptionist, to the technician, to the billing person, everyone was super positive, friendly and professional. Wow, and Dr. Chen. She is classy, professional, respectful and caring, explaining all her procedures and my vision issues. I had to come on here and recommend this practice highly.
Big thank you to Dr. Chen for taking very good care of my son. We had a couple of things that had happen and she was AMAZING at taking care of him. I love there approach to the treatments. They are well educated and very nice and honest. I highly recommend them. Thank you so much. You are the best!
