I had an absolutely awesome experience as a first time patient. All of the staff were personable from the initial phone conversation in my car and throughout my entire visit once I entered their office. I felt very safe and applauded them for taking the necessary precautions due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I’m very pleased with my visit and for that I’m very thankful.
I have been coming here for years. The prices are great and staff is very friendly and helpful. I thought learning contacts would be soo hard but they walk you right through it.

I was very pleased with my experience at Vision Loft. I had a very thorough exam and any questions I had were answered. There was a nice selection of glasses to choose from and every staff member is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bonnie Chen and her staff at Vision Loft to anyone would is looking for a quality eye doctor and great staff.

I have going to The Vision Loft since they opened. It is like no other eye doctor’s office I have gone to. The staff is AMAZING, Dr. Chen always gives top notch medical advice and the selection of eyeglass frames is like going the the shoe department at Nordstrom! I highly recommend scheduling an appointment.
