I went to Vision Loft because they came highly recommended from a friend, even though I live in South Charlotte and their office is in Concord. Well worth the trip! Dr. Chen was Fantastic as was Caitlyn who assisted me with my frame choices. Thorough, competent, pleasing aesthetics with the office...very pleased with my experience! But no worries Dr. Chen, I won't recruit any of your amazing staff �
Very happy with the staff and the service levels. Dr. Pratt was wonderful and spent plenty of time with me both on the exam and explaining various options. I'm trying contacts again for the first time in 30+ years, and the staff were very helpful and courteous. Also, got right in at my scheduled time - no waiting.

Such a great place, Dr Chen takes her time and answers all our questions. Lindsey is the awesome at helping you find the perfect pair of glasses.
Dr. Chen was the best eye doctor I have EVER gone to and the office was full of really wonderful and helpful staff. I hated when I moved way... it's been so difficult to find someone has good and attentive!
