RecommendedEveryone there is very friendly. Extreme care was taken as far as the cleanliness and sanitation during this pandemic. I was very impressed by the thoroughness of my Dr Pratt! She explained everything and asked if I had any questions I felt like I was the only one there at the time and it was all about my eyes! I would definitely recommend Vision Loft !!

I think I’ve recommended Vision Loft so many times but so often I am overwhelmed by the professionalism and amazing care that this office provides, from the front desk to the assistants to the doctors and the glasses staff everyone is friendly. Today’s visit we appreciated the kindness of Kendra, Dr. Chen and Sally but again everyone is so nice. If you want an incredible eye doctor you get an entire incredible office with them. Dr. Chen is very personable and thorough. The staff is always friendly and courteous.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr Chen and her team. Because of an eye condition I am in the office every 5 - 6 weeks. They are always welcoming. The appointments are always on time. My yearly eye exam is done thoroughly and the staff fitting my glasses works with me to locate the prescription where I want and not a standard cookie cutter of look straight ahead and mark the x. I highly recommend the Vision Loft if you want personalized service delivered professionally.
