Experienced staff that always looks out for me. I had a bit of an emergency due to hit on the eye. Their team got me right in and took care of me as needed. I have been a customer for the past decade. Vision Loft is my first call for my vision care.
Lively lovely ladies, and spot on with exam and COVID-19 restrictions. A bit surprised at the amount of time on turn around for purchased eyewear...4-5 weeks, but could’ve sooner. Asked for a copy of prescription, and was not given a copy. Will call and get one. Believe that should be a standard procedure, to give patients. Dr. Chen is very knowledgeable and helpful. Over all great group of ladies.

Dr. Chen and her staff are extremely friendly and professional. Dr. Chen is one of the most kind and compassionate doctors that I’ve ever met. She is very matter of fact and does not sugar coat what needs to be done to improve eye health as well as your overall health. I cannot recommend her enough!!!
