We had a great time. Nice and comfortable
The waterside Sheraton was beautiful and clean. The only downside was the parking and that wasn’t too bad (unless you’re caught in the rain without an umbrella).
PROS: We had some issues with our room, but it was resolved quickly. The club floor was nice, comfortable, and clean. Some of the valet guys were awesome, some were not. CONS: The club room can be accessed after quiet hours and each night there was a loud rambunctious group in there. I was several doors down and could still hear them carrying on even after security told them to quiet down. Also, I wish there was more variety of food/snacks in the club room. Overall it was a good stay, I would recommend.
Working with the Sheraton Norfolk Waterside Hotel was OUTSTANDING!!!! Even with any hiccups, their staff was ready to jump in and fix whatever was necessary. Shelton was their first line of defense. Several hotel tours I had already done, but the Sheraton was different. Shelton's attention to my requests and my kiddos made my choice easy.
