This was the host hotel for my wedding ten years ago and it was under renovation. Last night I was there for NYE and the hotel is still under renovation! Honestly, I don’t see a difference but the room was nice. I was promised a king, but got two queens instead; it took a second visit to the front desk to get the room key to work; presented a voucher for breakfast but still received a bill; and my hair caught fire from a candle. However, the stay wasn’t too bad :-) I had a great time at the party.
Rhoda Rull is doing her utmost to accommodate the Farragut Ships' Assn prepare for our visit to the hotel for our Farragut Homecoming 11-14 OCT2018. They are renovating rooms and we're going to have a great time.
Your shuttle driver on I-64 East bound just now, “SNW 2” was driving slow in the left lane causing quite a back up in holiday congestion and forcing several drivers to merge around it(we watched this for several miles) and then cut us off (in holiday traffic congestion) us get over to merge onto 264. Just thought you’d want a heads up.
Staff is friendly and efficient. Great food and service. Room clean spacious and comfortable.
