Very close to the Spirit of Norfolk and the hotel was clean, updated, and nice. No continental breakfast unless you paid $11.95 which is not continental to me. 2nd shift staff very friendly.
Great place, great people, amazing neighborhood.
Non-stop construction noise, no warning that we would have to deal with the noise, totally unhelpful staff, TV didn’t work, rude and disrespectful valets, bellman who refused to help with luggage. In sum, I am shocked that SPG would let its brand be tarnished like this. You would be better off at a Motel 6.
Been on the road since 5:00am this morning, room not ready, says they don’t know what time it will be ready. Also front desk with an attitude. I think they over booked. Never come back they know it’s a holiday weekend. Will not book here again�
