Stayed here for NYE for a package with Waterside. Although the room was large and had a balcony, there were 4 large dead cockroaches on arrival. We disposed of them thinking at least they are dead and we had limited time before we had to leave for the event. When we woke up there were more. I was so disgusted we skipped the free breakfast included in our stay to go home. Walls are also very thin as we could hear the highway loud and clear. Came in town for the 4th of July Spirit Cruise. This hotel is right next to the river. Other hotels were close as well, but I didn't realize it until I arrived. Of course I was hit with the holiday price gouging, but that was expected. The beds were super comfortable, room was clean. There was a nice buffet selection and the servers were extremely helpful guides. I don't remember it being this nice when I was here a few years ago. I assume it's been remodeled. It looks great. Love the location. And the fitness center is top-notch.
