Had 36 people ahead of me on the phone. Waited 40 minutes on hold. Rudest customer service I have ever experienced! Extremely disappointed.
I have been trying for 2 months to get a vaccine 💉 for my Husband, Age 70, that has a history of brain hemorrhage and 2 stents in the same artery of his heart. I see healthy, younger people who have had their 2nd dose!! What do I have to do to get him a vaccine?? Outrageous!! Nothing but a recording at the Covington Health Department 😡
Most if not all seniors are retired. The Health Department should make the COVID-19 vaccine appointment and send the appointment time to the retiree. The retiree will most likely cancel whatever it is they have going on to make it to the appointment on time. If necessary there could be an option to cancel or reschedule. This would be SO much easier than the current process of sending a mass email to more people than appointment spots.

I went to the vital records office this morning to get a copy of my daughter’s birth certificate. I got it with no problem and out in less than 5 minutes.
Call their COVID-19 number and see what you get.. they just so no one is there and hang up on you. What a joke!
