needs to have better customer service. actually call someone back if a message has been left. let the requester know what is going on when they havent received their request in over 3 months. also dont cash the check if u cant not fulfill what needs to be done
Apparently, they have no problem cashing my check and then ignoring me. When you need an answer, you're ignored. Essentially you've stolen from me by taking my money without performing the services you've been hired to do. Shameful.
So many issues in communication. Piss poor customer service representatives on the phone. Such a shame. I really expected better of a state department.
Add a monitored e-mail address to your website. After all, this is 2019 not 1819. Simple questions could be addressed much easier for most than a phone call or written letter would provide.

I mailed in form and check to obtain my Aunts Death Certificate and I was mailed a Blank Form and NEVER GOT A RETURN CALL Called Customer Service this morning and I was talked to like a Dog #RUDE
Have people that actually want to help the people.
This location has not had a health visit in years. Absolutely disgusting. Holes in the wall and they serve food!
