I bout viper duel pro 5600 after few months of riding the motors packed up and after taking it back they told me water had got into the motors and wanted 900 pounds to replace After buying this machine for 1700 pounds they were very unhelpfull and will never do buisness with these people again and want to warn people of this company
Purchased the street pro at £299.99 after 2 months stopped working won't power on or charge what's sad is it has hardly been used yet I have to pay for the return and any other costs as its only under warranty for 30 days I feel the company are scamming there buyers if your thinking of buying from here dont you will lose money then what you paid there is no customer service
Really bad company to deal with, got a scooter delivered without frontal breaks. When i complained they said because of corona they were understaffed and could not help me. When they finally could help me they said that to long time has passed. Now i am fixing my scooter on my own with my money (because they wont replace it) they wont even answer my email on how i acually do fix it. I never write reviews and i am a pretty patient man but this company made med do it. Dont buy from them, you wont get any help when you need it
