Awful. If a company is not interested in helping then they should say so at the initial contact time rather than saying "someone will call out tomorrow or next day", and then going silent. I regard reliability and keeping your word as highly as doing a good job, and this company is not reliable.

Ordered two new doors in October. I was told that the turnaround period would be 6-8 weeks. I contacted them week 9. I was told there was an issue with the supplier, and the doors would be fitted before Christmas. Christmas past, I had rang and texted VIP windows to have my calls and texts ignored. I asked for a refund. I was ignored. It got to the point where I contacted my credit card provider to refund me my money because the company ceased all communication with me. I would NOT recommend this company. I ordered and paid deposit for a window unit and back door on 10th February, 2024. I was informed that it would take 6-8 weeks. I contacted the company 9 weeks later to enquire and was informed they awaited delivery. Three months later I requested a full refund and received same after several attempts to contact company, including calling in person to their office. Appauling customer service. Appauling communication. I would not recommend.

Nothing VIP about this business I'm sorry to say. Ordered a piece of glass that was promised for 2-3 weeks. Messages were unanswered and promises never materialised. 5 and a half weeks later I'm told another week. No thanks. Got my deposit back and can honestly say that they were not only a big waste of my time but a very far cry from the former glass cutters that ran their business from this location.
