It was almost the worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon.. The woman doing my Grandgirl was real nice to her but extremely rude to me.. The service was okay but not worth the price I paid for it.. We will not come back...
I have been a customer in this shop for over 18 months now. I have been to nail places all over the US as a military spouse. There is something to be said about finding the right place for you to take time out of our busy schedules, to relax and sit and soak our tired feet for a pedicure, or get a fabulous up lifting manicure, and have a wonderful experience. What a waste of time. My daughter and I went in for a rare treat. Both of our pedicures were done start to finish in 18 minutes. I have never been rushed through a SERVICE like that. What a waste of 50 dollars. If you have better things to do, then do it, but don't waste peoples valuable time and money.
I came to the salon for my Bachelorette Party. They dismissed my group and treated us quickly and poorly. They wanted us out as fast as possible and the woman doing my pedicure forgot to do the lotion and massage. I told the manager and he completely sided with his worker. I've been there before so why would I lie about that?! He didn't even apologize. Never going here again!!!!!
