I have been going to VIP for a while and have been happy with their work-however the last 2 times have been very disappointing! I received a gel manicure that was rushed and super messy! During the same visit my cousin had a pedicure and ended up with 3 infected toes!! My last visit consisted of the manicurists arguing with me about what I wanted-I think I am done with VIP and will find a new place to go-
We went in (a group of 7) and were treated great!! We went in for pedicures and when we got seated they offered us a drink and the pedicures were amazing! Thanks for a great experience
My favorite pedicure salon. I love the milk spa pedi, mary was my nail tech today and she did a wonderful job, I love Tammy also. Friendly, clean and always do a great job.
Worst experience. Lisa the nail tech did not have a clue what she was doing. The other in ladies in there trying to tell her. I finally told her to just polish them clear and I left😫
highly dissatisfied. both pedicure and manicure I was not spoken to in anyway besides asking what I wanted. I asked her to clean up under my nails and she said it doesnt need it. this picture is from immediately after in their parking lot. not to mention she only painted the center of my nails, my sides are still noticeably white all around.

Ivy is the best nail tech In Norman. Every time I’ve ever tried a different place if she was busy, I always regretted it. I have followed her from a few different places and I hope to never lose her. She is sweet and gets my nails perfect every time.
Today was my first ever pedicure and it was an absolutely amazing experience. My manicurist was super sweet and very gentle with my feet. My feet feel & look amazing now. I highly recommend this location.
