I honestly do not know how they won any award. I had a previously shellac done to my nails and they barely soaked them! Instead they shaved it off, not the correct way to treat your nails. I told them I wanted to soak them more, but the lady refused. She kept gripping my hand tighter and was being VERY rude!! I also was meeting a friend and asked to have a seat next to her, even if I had to wait. I was told okay. Instead they sat someone else next to me and made my friend wait!! They have this wheel with jars of relaxing herbs and scrubs in the middle of the salon that not only make the salon smell amazing but my legs are a cool tingling state of relax. Will definitely be coming back. Even the boyfriend loved it �

I really don't understand the negative comments . I have spent years going to different places and this is where I have stayed . Get the name of one you feel did a great job and ask for them . As a retired Hairstylist , I chose this SALON due to the calming atmosphere and more importantly , They are Clean . I pay attention to that more than anything . Thanks VIP for our wonderful experience yet again to your SALON.

I've been doing my nails here for three years. Everyone is so very helpful and they listen to your needs. Ivy is my nail tech and she is wonderful!! I highly recommend vip nails !!!🤗

I've been going here for a couple years. Tracy is my "go to girl"!! I've tried others, but like anywhere else, they'll get some techs that aren't very good. Ivy and Tammy are also good! I recommend calling ahead or asking for one of the 3 mentioned above! They've always been polite and it's clean and profession. Tracy listens and has learned what I like and don't like! And I like the "new" lady that greets you! She's personable and makes sure you have what you need!
