Normally I enjoy this salon but I had the worst service I've ever had in there tonight. It's actually the first time I was so disappointed I didn't tip. I watched people around me get the same service I paid for but their's was far more thorough and attentive.

I have only been here a handful of times but today I was very disappointed. The lady giving me a pedicure took a chunk out of my big toe. She used the filer on my foot and got a bit carried away. She apologized many times. I understand mistakes happen and, as much as it hurt, I wasn't THAT upset. What upset me the most was that I wasn't offered a discount. I had to pay $35 to be injured today.
These girls are AMAZING! They do such a Wonderful job!
Laughing at me because of the color I wanted and all around plain rude this place is horrible and I will not be returning

This place is a disgrace. My sister was just told she had "deformed hands" and "fat fingertips" from an employee here when she came in to have her nails fixed. I am ashamed that I ever recommended this place to her. We plan on taking this to management and spreading the word. This is completely unacceptable behavior for any establishment.
