I would have given 10 if it was possible. We have purchased 2 lots of fencing and gates over a few years, and the product, the company, the staff and owner have always been great, but now a catch bolt broke and we could not get a replacement of the particular size. So I emailed them and asked if they could post me one and I would pay on a card over the phone.
