Received 5 star service. A pleasure to deal with, they were patient, helpful and not at all pushy.
Car returned early. Initial price was reduced by £655 for 2 minor issues. Associate was helpful, but used car manager couldn’t be bothered to come out to discuss and they wouldn’t budge on the deduction. Not informed previously that the balance cannot be paid by credit card and no clear explanation of how the final amount due was calculated.
