USELESS COMPANY! DO NOT USE! I ORDERED A SAMPLE FROM THEM. YET NEVER RECEIVED IT. WHEN I CALLED THEM THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS POOR. WHEN I CHASED IT UP THEY SAID IT IS BEST TO CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER THAT SUPPLIES THE SAMPLES. AFTER CONTACTING THE MANUFACTURER IT TURNS OUT VINCENT FLOORING HADN'T PLACED THE ORDER AT ALL! Amazing customer experience! No wonder they are rated so high. Scott and Young lad Will were extremely professional, advising the possible solutions and never pushy. Scott is extremely knowledgeable about the trade. Highly trustworthy team. They got my entire house refreshed with V4 planks, at a competitive price. Highly recommended.
We have just had carpets fitted in our bungalow. We are really happy with the carpet, it looks fab and it was great quality and a very reasonable price, plus the selection on offer at the store was excellent. Also, Les the fitter was brilliant. Very clean and efficient and he has done an excellent job. We can definitely recommend Vincents.
Recently had our hall laid with luxary vinyl flooring. Excellant service throughout from our initial visit to their showroom through to the final fitting. Very friendly knowledgable and experienced staff made the whole thing a pleasant experience. Can fully recommend them.
