Great care given bu all of the staff.. I suffer from profound hearing loss and everyone was very patient and understanding throughout mu entire visit, Dr. Desai is the consummate professional. He takes his time and always gives a very thorough exam. What an excellent physician!
Superb care. I am a retired doctor who has been a medical director at the county, state, and medical system level as well as a practitioner. I have been continually impressed by Dr. Desai's thoughtful, personable and precise approach. He is responsible also for a seamless process from intake to discharge, carried out in a courteous, patient centered manner in a calm, safe atmosphere. This is especially necessary in the age of COVID.
The staff were helpful, my wait time was not overly long, and Dr. Desai kept me very comfortable.
Dr. Desai examines lot of details and gives good summary of the progress.
Dr. Desai was great. The staff was great. I feel I got a thorough exam and was cared for as I should be. One negative was that I felt the doctor was rushing. As soon as he did what he felt he should do, he was chomping at the bit to move onto the next patient. In spite of that, I will continue to use Dr. Desai and all in all, it was a good experience.

The staff is always kind,caring and very professional. They make me feel welcome and are always willing to help. Dr. Desai is an excellent physician and extremely caring. I feel that he has really saved my vision. I am extremely thankful for Dr.Desai and his excellent staff. I would highly recommend him.
2 hour wait time. Dr was totally disinterested or concerned regarding extensive wait time. He actually argued with patient’s family! Most staff appeared uninterested in patient care.
