Recently purchased our sons first car a Kia Rio Dealing with Harry , nothing was too much trouble the whole process from first viewing to driving away after purchase was spot on. Recently purchased a vehicle, my daughter's first car, Toyota Aygo. The whole experience dealing with Village Vehicles (Harry ) was A1 , I felt that Harry was 100% honest with all the information given on the car , nothing was too much trouble the whole process from first viewing to driving away after purchase was spot on , a small issue arose during the pre delivery inspection , I was informed and the issue was resolved before collection So far the car is as expected and we have had no issues . I recently bought an excellent BMW Z4 from Village Vehicles. Harry was a pleasure to deal with and worked with me on things I wanted like extra warranty. As I travelled into Leicester on the day of the collection by train, Harry was happy to help getting me there. Car is great and looks as good as it did in the photos and the driving experience is even better.
Mostly happy with my experience at Village Vehicles, but see below update. Bought my first car, and Daniel was informative, respectful and very patient as we made sure to put it through its paces before taking home! Very reasonable price and great, fast service. Thank you, I can’t wait to get driving! Edit: for transparency’s sake, I should report back that I broke down at home twice in the following 2 months.
