This store has not lived up to hopes and expectations. It has real potential to be a strong Asian supermarket in Bicester, but there are several things letting them down. - The stock (in particular dry foods) is not consistent. - Most items are overpriced. For instance, shaoxing wine is cheaper in the Asian foods aisle in Tesco. I would still rather buy from Hoo Hing or other Asian supermarkets in Milton Keynes if I need to do a big shop. - Agreed with a previous reviewer that many items are frequently out of date. Surprising amount of products that are expired, even in the frozen section. Make sure you look carefully before buying. Never really get the things that I need whenever I went. It’s a shame that this is one of few choices of Asian supermarkets in the area. It feels like the owner never really put effort into stocking the store at all. Also, the staff that work there doesn’t seem like they want to work there. Don’t expect any customer service.
