Had a back, face and scalp treatment with Elise yesterday. She was the most wonderful person. So kind, informative and made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed! Thank you!
The spa had moved temporarily for renovation downstairs and although someone phoned me to tell me were to go the signage was limited so we wandered the corridors till we found the reception. The forms we had to fill in were barely readable as the print was extremely faint and the font extremely small so I was straining my eyes to even read the form and my friend had to ask me to fill in her form as she couldn't manage.
