Dr. Butler and his team are awesome. They make u feel welcome and won't rush your visit, like so many who don't take the time necessary for a thorough exam. Thanks doc, for caring.
We have been going to primary care for 30 plus years and have been pleased with the doctors and staff. Sherry Underwood is one of the sweetest and kindest nurses we have ever met. She is so pleasant and has always made us feel right at home. She always has a great attitude and seems to love her profession. She and Dr Adams make a great team.
I was a patient there months ago. I was told I had to pay my co ins and dedt before my procedure, which I did. I was overcharged and am now due a refund. I have called multiple times and talked with Rosa and Connie, still no refund. I was told they were issued on the 25th an 10th of each month. Guess what still no refund. Beware if you are asked to pay before insurance is filed. They will keep your money indefinitely. Do you think I will receive interest on my money? Lol
Very disappointed in the way my daughter was treated yesterday , called left a message for manager to call me back never got a return phone call she has been suffering from headaches and anxiety they talked down to her yesterday making her even more depressed but December is depression awareness yet you have a doctor talking to you like you are crazy and very rude and telling you not to come back for one month ! Period ! Glad her husband was with her you do not treat depressed patients this way !!
Had been a customer with Primary Care for many years but now as a result of a nurse refusing to talk to my doctor and give her messages and allowing me to get medications that I have PRESCRIPTIONS FOR from Dr Susan Hefley, I will be leaving and looking for a new DR. Anyone know of anybody???
Sherry Underwood has always been very helpful and always puts me at ease. She is truly concerned how I am but also asks about my whole family.
