Highly recommend! ! Easy to get an appt., efficient staff, short wait to be called to the back, and my doctor listens to me without rushing me or dismissing any symptoms or worries. Dr. Kelly makes me feel comfortable by always remembering me and asking about my general well being not just medical issues.I always leave confident that I recieved the best care. However the women's clinic attached is very inefficient, rude, and unprofessional. Only the doctors side is 5stars!
Had a problem getting a prescription that they have been writing for over 6 months. Called it in and there was some kind of problem. Never got a call saying hey we need to talk to you or anything. So finally got fed up and went in this morning to the office to try to get to the bottom of it. A very nice lady come out and said hey i see that you complaint is valid but i cannot do anything to fix it.They should fix it in the am, so gonna have to go without a med they tell me never go without...interesting if everything is taki... read more
I have never been treated more rude in my life. I have been to dozens of medical center all throughout my life, and this is by far the worst one I have ever experienced. the best part of primary care was Becky Johnson. she is the best doctor I have ever had and she left the practice. then I started like Dr Price and he is leaving as well. it says a lot about the facility.

I seen Dr. Blalock...and loved him. Went on New Year's Eve was seen, had lab, got my prescriptions, and was out of there. He seemed very concerned and listened. Good experience even when I felt like crap!
I absolutely do not recommend this place!!
I have never had a bad experience with Dr. Butler. He gives me all the time I need regardless what I am there for. And his nurses are great. My husband and I will continue going to him as long as he is there!
I have been a patient at Primary Care since before they built their new office! The staff is always wonderful!
Not a good place for anyone. They treat medicine like a fast food service and do not care about their patients. Their only reason for operation is to make money off worthless service. Receptionist are rude and wait times are a joke! Murray medical associates are much better.
