my husband has been going to primary care for many years we called to get appointment for his regular doctor she didnt have any appointments so he went to see another doctor to get his diabetes medication filled and Melissa Allen came in was rude and giving him the 3rd degree about his metformin and telling him he should be seeing his regular doctor! and she acted like he was there for narcotics or something! he sat there over a hour and half and was treated horribly!
This place is literally a joke. The communication between staff is trash. This place is trash.
I have noticed that this clinic’s phlebotomists discourages you from “making a fist” when finding a vein/drawing blood citing “accuracy of the machines.” My blood work has been screwed up and staff were never forthcoming on some readings at the very beginning. Dr. Emily Gupton has her entrance style, “knock, knock, it’s Dr. Gupton” without actually knocking on the door first; very rude! Moving out of state to get my old doctors back. Please reorganize the entire clinic. Thank you.
I think Dr Hollis Clark and Janet Essary are the best . They are so compassionate and sure do take care of ya !!!! ��
I had a hour and half wait but they had only two Doctors working and they said it was this way on weekends. I had a great experience with the nurse and Dr. They were very kind and caring.
OB/GYN ROCKS!!!! I just love Dr Turley. She’s very professional and speaks on a level that you actually understand what’s about to happen. The entire staff there has been super nice & efficient. My experience today in surgery with her went amazingly well. I highly recommend them.
I had a nurse Amisha she was amazing! Very caring, understanding and super helpful... I wish I could get her every time...
My family has been using Primary Care for years. Great friendly staff. I have always recommend to family and friends.
