Every time that I have needed help, I always get assistance, whether from my doctors or the ones on call. Dr. Heffley is the best and cares about her patients.
Always have been happy whenever I've came here! Everyone is always so nice to me and my 2 daughter's!
While the staff was friendly and my daughter was seen in about 45 minutes... The billing department is lacking. My daughter was seen in January and I have yet to receive the refund owed. Ever two weeks I call and get some lame excuse such as misplaced paperwork. It is now May and still no resolution. Had to give the $100 they require as a new patient, even though I have primary and secondary insurance. Owed $85.
The only one I will ever see is Ashley Wiggins!!!
I have a great doctor Emily Gupton. 5 stars for u !
