2nd Year of First Class Service from VHL. They are great all rounders, from their telephone & email communication. Their billing & report info. Punctuality and professionalism of their staff on visits to our office. We would happy recommend them!
Shocking service, No heating and urgent priority does not exist, just treating council tenants last on list. I’m shocked the response 6 months later, shows what service ur providing as company, and yes I have small children and mentioned it , but ur company didn’t care, just like the old lady story, with no heating, u will answer to the mighty someday.
Poor at turning up for booked agreed services, and when you chase them they choose not to reply. We have moved to a far more responsive professional company based in Harrow. PHD Mechanical. Village Heating will no doubt make some excuse so just look at all there appalling reviews. Not everyone can be wrong about terrible service.
I really hope our council don’t renew their contract with them they are totally useless and their replies are the same rubbish every single one of them saying they work closely with the council guidelines which is a load of toshI hope they go bankrupt
