I enjoyed my time while living at VG but after three years of not living there and new management they have demanded payment for fees they claim were not paid. I would have not lived there if I knew what I know now about their poor management. Claiming they contacted me using old contact information and ruining my credit. I was a great resident who always paid my bills and followed the rules. What what a poor way to run your business. Expecting old residents to pay for things they messed up. I moved out of village green apartments in the spring of 2016. When I did I went to the front office and told the young woman working the desk I would like to pay everything I owed on my lease. That included the two summer months rent and any move out fees. I received a bill two months ago from them indicating I owed them a 50 dollar move out fee. They called me and I informed them I was not paying them a fee two years after the fact simply because it’s not right for a company to needlessly bill a renter after the fact. They... read more
Just got hit with a huge bill! I was a resident here about three years ago. And I am just now getting notification that I have an outstanding balance for a move out fee which I was not informed about when I first moved in there.. Worst of all, it’s new management so they can’t help me at all. While speaking with management I was informed that they were just now doing their audit. 3 YEARS AFTER I HAD MOVED OUT!!! Nice owner and staff
I was recently at an event at the Village Green pool, and it was amazing. The facilities were clean and the management was super accommodating. I found the location to be super convenient to downtown, and was impressed by the overall layout. Hope to be back soon!
If you rent from Village Green make sure you take a picture of your move in form and keep your pictures forever of any damages that are already there. They will try to bill you after 3 years after you move out for damages you put on the form and then they'll say they can't find the form you filled out when you moved in.
