You girls are amazing!!! We purchased the wedding gown, mother of bride, grandmother of bride and bridesmaid dresses with you and everything turned out absolutely perfectly. You managed to make not only the bride look amazing but all the rest of us as well. I highly recommend Village Bridal! Wish there were more than 5 stars because you certainly would have gotten them!
They really messed up. 2 of my bridesmaids ordered dresses in July and paid their deposit and 1 ordered the next month...i get a call in Oct saying I had to change my dress color of lace because the designer discontinued it. Clearly they didn't order the dresses when they said they did because they told us they would be ready for pick up by October. Safe to say I cancelled the dresses. Terrible experience.
Bought my bridesmaid dress from here. Alterations were AWFUL! My dress was falling apart the stitching came loose during wedding! Completely disappointed

They are absolutely horrible. They are rude and disrespectful. They are extremely unorganized. Twice they booked people for appointments then "forgot". They even booked my dad for an appointment for 10:30 am, he got there and it was closed. When he came back he asked them about it and they ignored him. When they went upstairs his name was in the book for 10:30 am and he pointed it out and they still ignored him! I had an amazing shopping experience thanks to Krissy at Village Bridal & Boutique. She patiently flipped through my Pinterest board with me, and took some time getting to know me and my style before helping me find my dream dress. The shop was cute and very affordable!
Had such an awesome experience working with Laura! She made the process completely stress free and ultimately found me the perfect dress for my beach wedding! Looking forward to going back with my bridal party to pick out there dresses in July!
