I had THE BEST experience ever here!!! I walked in and told the woman what i wanted and she was a saint!! I had Carol and Christina help me the whole way thru!! They were so sweet and actually carol picked out the dress i said yes to!!! I was then served champagne and it was so amazing!!! We will be going back for bridesmaid dresses shortly and i can't wait!!!!

Had an excellent experience with bridesmaid gowns here! I’m part of a bridal party that’s all different shapes and sizes, so naturally finding a dress to work for everyone can be challenging. Christina, the manager here was nothing short of amazing. She took her time with us and gave several dress options in what we were looking for,that was going to make all of us look and feel our best in it. We had a great experience and found a beautiful dress! �
My dress is gorgeous. But that credit goes to the designer. The staff at Village Bridal is incredibly rude, uncaring, and incompetent. It took over 9 months for my wedding dress to come in and every time I called I was guaranteed "it'll be in the next shipment and here in 2 weeks." This went on for 3 months. At one point I was told "we don't know where your dress is." Absurd! They messed up our appointment for bridesmaids dresses and were so rude to us we left and went elsewhere. They ruined my mother-in-laws dress after ordering the wrong size. Everything she said she didn’t want, they did in alterations and said that my mother-in-law was lying and they did what they were told. Not a trustworthy place so don’t waste your time or money, read up on the reviews.
BUYER BEWARE My daughter, who's in NJ went her first bridesmaid fitting in February for a September wedding. She was found to be between 2 sizes so the larger size was to be ordered. The other dresses were in June. Not my daughters. Wedding was sept 9. By July we started calling weekly only to be told, shipments come in Friday's after 1, call back then.
