I walked in as a bridesmaid and I’m not one who’s really into dresses, the girls here couldn’t have made my visit more comfortable. They told me exactly what you should hear when trying on dresses. I couldn’t be more pleased with the help, knowledge and kindness i got as soon as i walked through the door

If I could give this place zero stars I would. As a single dad both my daughter and myself were extremely excited that she was asked to be a flower girl in my brothers wedding. When we arrived to order the dress they did not have a dress by the same manufacture for her to try on. So after getting measured and paying extra for a rushed delivery, The dress came in one month late and almost two entire sizes too small. I had such a great experience! The staff is so helpful and patient. Everyone had smiles on their faces and had such welcoming spirits. I would definitely recommend this place!

Good afternoon ladies. Everything will be here in time for the wedding. Unfortunately, bridesmaids dresses are made to order so there isn't a hanging stock. We try to accommodate all bridal parties to the best of our ability but we're sorry to hear you had an unpleasant experience at your last visit. We have no control over ship-dates and rush fees as they are set by the manufacturers. The paperwork was not lost but upstairs being processed by a manager because it is time sensitive. I got my dress from carol and she was so amazing !! She Felt like a family member helping instead of sales person ! I went to so many places and got bad vibes but she was So sweet helpful and so good at her job!! I will definitely bring my two sisters back!! Thank you !she focused so much on me and was so good at being honest and convinced me to get the cheapest dress she was clearly not about making money but sincerely helping !!
