Went this past weekend and was beyond disappointed. The “consultant” Lois, was less then helpful and extremely rude. The second we walked in the door all of the women looked at our group as if we were bothering them. Then Lois came forward and pretty much pointed to walls and sent us on a hunt for the brides dress. I think Lois pulled 1 or 2 dresses for the bride. While the bride tried on several dresses Lois just kind of hung out on the side and clipped when needed. Village bridal is absolutely OUTSTANDING! I had gone to other bridal shops prior and had absolutely no luck! I felt like I was never going to find my dress. I called early Sunday morning praying there was a cancellation and they squeezed me right in! The consultant was sooo kind, listened to everything I said I wanted, and guess what!? I PURCHASED THE FIRST DRESS SHE PULLED FOR ME!! My experience was nothing short of phenomenal. Kudos to the staff at village bridal! So glad I get to experience my special day with their help!

I have been to Village Bridal many times and the service is OUTSTANDING. From the moment you walk in all the way until the end you are taken care and treated amazing. Any questions or concerns I have ever had has been addressed and handled beyond my expectations. Everyone of these girls are well trained and go above and beyond for you. This place is absolutely amazing !! The staff is so kind and accommodating, I was purchasing a dress as a bridesmaid for a wedding I’m in and they were very helpful in choosing style that looked best on me, and placing my order for it to come in before the wedding! Thank you guys for all your help!!!
I came to Village Bridal as a bridesmaid in my friends bridal party and was so happy with how much time and effort was given to us. Francesca and Christina were both so helpful and knowledgeable during the whole process, making it feel easy and smooth. I highly recommend them, 10/10!
