RecommendedI cannot say enough wonderful things about Village Bridal and my consultant Carol. I met with Carol both times I was there and she is simply the best! She really listened to what I was looking for, brought me great suggestions and 100% stuck within my budget! If you’re looking for one on one personal service, I highly recommend you check out Village Bridal!!!! I got to say Yes to the Dress here and am coming back with my mom for her to shop for her Mother of the Bride dress as well!
Hands down THE WORST SERVICE IMAGINABLE!!!!! Don’t waste your time or money here. Unprofessional, overpriced and ignorant service members. Many many many weddings I have been in and attended, never once saw such a disgrace of service like I’ve seen in this establishment. Shame.
The staff were extremely helpful and nice, made it a great experience for the bride to be and her family.
Village Bridal & Boutique is probably one of the best salons around. I went there multiple times, one for a wedding party I was the bridesmaid and twice for evening gowns. The service there is amazing, from when you first walk in the door to the last day of getting your dress. The woman there are very honest and tell you weather the dress look good on you or not. Never going back to this establishment, born and raised in the area belonged to several chambers and know all the businesses in the area, and have many family and friends that still live here we’re planning a wedding and we’re in town now for the holiday and wanted to do business with the local bridal store. I entered Village Bridal in March with a strict budget. Carol found me a great dress, off the rack, the exact amount of my total budget. I wanted an off-the-shoulder dress and she told me the seamstress could add them no problem! I was very clear to her that I could not be spending a lot of money on alterations, and since the dress needed to be taken in a lot, this was a big concern before purchasing. Village Bridal and Boutique could not have been more of a pleasure to do business with! Every single member of their staff greets you with a smile, and they are attentive, kind, and professional.
