I just left Village Bridal and Boutique in Babylon and had the most HORRIBLE experience! They weren't knowledgeable, weren't helpful, weren't nice, and everything there was matronly and hideous. It was as if we were doing them a favor by being there. The woman I had was literally missing the entire time. Nowhere to be found. We pulled things ourselves. Before I even got a chance to walk through the door I was not treated very nicely on the phone Thank you to Lois for hanging up on me today when I called to inquire about their hours. Does no one realize the power of social media and importance of customer service and how about just being KIND! I actually called her back and said I'm not sure if you hung up on me or we were disconnected but..... The seamstress did a horrible job on the bridesmaids dresses.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. Felt rushed and seem like the lady didn't want to be there . Not only did she make us pick out our own dress left and came back - didn't even clip the pins good to get a better visual and feel of the dress .
Cindy helped me feel so good about myself by putting me in the perfect dresses and i found the one i fell in love with. Teresa is the most fabulous dressmaker and added sleeves that made the dress EVEN BETTER. She did the most amazing job and was great to work with. Teresa saved me when i scuffed my wedding shoe and got it out right away. I'll try to post photos after the wedding. Thank you village bridal!
