RecommendedVFM moved my annual physical from 3/18>4/28 in early states of COVID-19. Now height of pandemic, moved>6/8. Thanks to VFM's precautions, I was welcomed to VFM on 4/7 for stitches due to a "project accident" and was able to avoid urgent care/hospital. ❤️VFM 🌟 Thank a Dr/Nurse! 🌟
They are more interested in money than healthcare. After sending a message to my provider three days ago and calling four times in the past two days, the medical supervisor at Vienna Family Medicine just called me back and told me, flat out, that they are refusing to provide medical care, unless I come in and pay for a third visit. Is that even legal?
Poor communication between nurses and doctors whenever trying to call for follow up information.
They are great. Everyone there is nice and caring.

I have been a patient of VFM for years. I have high confidence in the Doctors and support staff.
I can't speak for the entire practice, only Dr. Lee. I find Dr. Lee cold and aloof, boedreing on arrogant. His jaw clenches when he enters my room. In my last visit I came in with a fever that I had for 3 days - a fever that went as high as 103F. Yet the Dr. did not order a single test to eliminate some possibilities like infections. Yes, he asked a few questions about my fever and breathing and checked my breathing. I suggested one for strep which he then ordered the 10 min version.
