Love this company. We recently undertook a direct mailing campaign using individually personalised video cards. Not only was the quality of the product exactly as we expected, the service… hmm… the service! Full guidance with easy to follow instructions, plenty of pro tips to optimise the video and the packaging, telephone support with a human being who had actual skills and experience, and follow up to check fulfilment all worked. Lovely people to deal with, too!
