Staff was on point from the time I walk in. Before I could get comfortable they was buzzing for me to come and get ready. And from that point everything was go. Thanks Dr Duke and staff, feeling better already.
They were all very nice. Fast. And treated my 5 year old son with amazing care and experience. Anyone who needs surgery for their children need to use this place.
My 5yr old son had his tongue tie surgery done here. The faculty and staff of Vidant Surgi Center (from the front desk all the way back to the operating room) made him feel comfortable and extremely ready for his surgery. He was even exited some might say. I thank you guys so much for everything you did for him and us. The anesthesiologist was awesome!!!!!!!!! Can't recall his name but the jokes and stories were out of this world. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!!!!!
Except for the interpreter that was there she doesn't explain everything to the patient I corrected her many times she was very rude other than that I loved it
Excellent service, excellent staff. Hopefully we won't need surgery again but if we do we will ask for Vidant Surgicenter!!
Thank you to the staff at Vidant SurgiCenter for such a comforting experience for all. My boyfriend had a procedure yesterday and from the time we checked in to the time we left this morning the care was outstanding, top notch. When your loved one has a procedure, they truly make you feel at ease.
