I had a great experience with check-in to discharge. The Nurses and Anesthesiologist were through and very caring.
I had the pleasure of being one of their patients last Wed. for some work on my knee. I can not Thank them enough for their care for me and my wife that was waiting for me. Not sure if I can put their names up here I wish I could. The team work in the back was impressive to say the least. Thank You all for the great job from preregistration to being discharged. The staff was very friendly, from the time you walked in. Love the way they kept your family informed on your updates. All the nurses were great and of course my doctor, Dr. Duke from Orthopedic East. Great job
Vidant SurgiCenter was AWESOME! My wife had wrist surgery there May 11.Everyone was kind and courteous. As a health care professional for 47 years I understand what good care in a medical facility should be. From the front desk staff to the RN's, CRNA, Anesthesiologist, everyone was professional and very competent. Everyone smiled and answered all the questions we had. Angie was the post surgery RN who was one of the nicest people we have ever met. She made us smile and laugh and made the whole experience pleasant. Great Job... read more
Word is VIDANT SURGICENTER is 5 stars... I hear that ALL STAFF, including ANESTHESIA and PHYSICIANS rock ! They advertise treating you like "family" and I hear they "practice what they preach" .... Way to go Surgicenter ! :)
