My dad was there for surgery a couple days ago and things went well. I'm very critical because I work at a trauma hospital in Norfolk in the operating room. So that combined with my yrs of military medicine training. I'm looking at customer service and every move made. Me and my family are/were very pleased.
My daughter just had Bmt and adenoids done this morning the friendly professional staff there have excellent bedside manner, are compassionate and re assuring. Dr Lindbeck is an excellent surgeon. Thank you so much.
The service there was awesome. The atmosphere was great . And the staff was wonderful!
Our experience with the Surgical Center epitomized quality care, from the moment we walked in until we left. The staff was kind, courteous and set us at ease while our daughter was treated.
Everyone is very informative and empathetic. All the staff coexist with each other very well and is very respectful and helpful. They treat each patient and their family as if it were their own.
It was great!! Every one was nice, withgreat bed side manners, people at the front desk was pleasant, making sure everyone knew where the coffee was! My second time bring there and it was great
Great bunch of professionals. Always there to take care of no only the patient but also the family. Never afraid to answer any question that some one has. This way Kathy's third visit there. So glad her doctor sent her there. The people there are awesome. Please keep up the great job.
Loved how informed I was kept on the status on my daughters surgery. Before during and recovery! Everyone was amazing to us. Thank you guys for such a great experience! Her favorite was the anesthesiologist telling her jokes and being silly to help her get her mind off of the surgery!
