From the moment I walked in, my husband and I were treated with kindness from the knowledgeable staff. Everyone was willing to answer questions. From the front desk to discharge everyone was professional and courteous. A big thank you to nurses Susan, Lisa, Amy, Dawn and Hilton for taking such good care of me!!!
I underwent shoulder surgery today at this facility with Dr. Purdue. This was my very first surgery and the staff made me feel very comfortable. The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and cheerful. The anesthesia crew were also great. I’m usually a hard stick when it comes to IVs or blood draws but nurse Ginger got it on the first try. Their staff is welcoming and simply amazing. Thank you guys for making my first surgical experience a good one.
This is not my first time being a patient at the Surgicenter but once again OUTSTANDING care!!!! Awesome from start to finish!! Great care! A+A+ all the way!!!
Awesome front desk staff and really wonderful nurses. Their care and treatment was exceptional. They calmed my family's concerns as if it was their family. For that I am grateful;.
Great communication between family and surgical team and staff, before during and after surgery. Quiet and comfortable waiting areas for family.
They are amazing with kids both my girls had procedures done and they wasn't scared
