Great people, & made my son extremely comfortable during his time, & procedure.
I have been there several times and it has always been great. Yesterday was good too, however it took a little while for us to be seen. I was there for my babies tubes to be put in and he was signing to me how hungry he was and didn't understand he couldn't eat. Yet, a dozen adults that checked in way after us got seen within 5-10 minutes. I understand that some people's circumstances are a priority, but my 22 month old was there first thing in the morning with no food for several hours...it just wasn't fair. First time there and the experience was great. Staff in nice and friendly. They are very organized.
Our 8 yr old had tonsils and adenoids removed with Dr Brodish yesterday the 22nd of June 2017. We were totally impressed with the entire staff. Loved the pager updating system. I felt like I was more connected to our little man while he was in the care of the surgical team. The staff was great even those that were not directly assigned to us. Thank you Vidant SurgiCenter for an outstanding job and your true caring attitude toward all of our family.
Everyone was so friendly from the time we walked in the door...It is good to see all smiling faces! The atmosphere is so calming and friendly.. Will recommend all family and friends to come to Vidant SurgiCenter!
