Our Sauna 2 Person Full Spectrum arrived a day earlier than arranged, fortunately we were in. The Sauna was packed in four separate boxes and very well protected. We unpacked everything and set it up as per the video instructions on the website. The only problem we came across was when we tried to fit the door handle, had to phone for some help. After another video was emailed to us, we fitted the handle. We’ve just moved into a new house & if the quality of the product was as half good as our new sauna we’d be over the moon... read more
Ordered the vidalux pure 1200 left and was delivered on the correct time and day. Reasonably easy to put together but definitely requires 2 people. Once fitted , I was able to slide into position with relative ease as it is very heavy , but with the 5 separate height adjustable feet on base , it slid quite nicely. Once assembled ,it looks really well made and all the functions work well. Very happy so far with the appearance and function of the shower.
