What a terrible experience we had here. My wife and i met with the older Dr Quiroz regarding 2 fully ruptured silicone gel breast implants (that the older Dr. Quiroz had installed on my wife about 10 years prior) at the office in mexico and only seen by the older Dr. Quiroz for about 10 min, (long enough for him to feel and look at my wife's breasts) then he left. I had a Lower Face and Neck Deep Plane facelift and Upper Blepharoplasty with Dr Quiroz and my experience exceeded my expectations. I live in NYC, and could not find a doctor locally who felt right and who I could afford. Researching doctors, especially those out of the country, was not easy or reassuring.
