I had 2 bay windows (10 windows altogether) plus another window and front door with surrounding windows, good job but 5 years on the front door is breaking and can't get hold of Keith, left messages and texts but no reply or returned calls etc, very annoyed and bedroom windows are whistling with the wind 3 weeks and still no answer from Victory and my number has been blocked on the mobile number because of my continuous calls

At the first visit Keith took the measurements and provided guidance on how best to achieve the desired results. He quickly provided a detailed quotation by email. I am so pleased with these windows. Had 4 fitted of varying sizes and they look great. Jamie has been nothing but professional and friendly from the start, offering his expert advice and doing a great job. Tidy and reliable. They were completed within the day. Going to have a new back door now. Thank you Jamie.
