UPDATE to a previously disgruntled customer review! Victory Nissan allowed me to return a vehicle that was disappointing to me. I left that dealership with a brand new vehicle, quite close to the price I paid for the used vehicle. They will take care of you, if you let them do so. Thanks Victory. On Sept. 30, 2017 we bought a 2007 Jeep Wrangler Sahara from Victory Nissan. We got on I-40 to drive home and we got about 10 miles down the road and hit a bump and the Jeep went into a "death wobble" which literally horrified us because at the time we had no idea what a "death wobble" was since we had never owned a Jeep. I had financed a 2012 nissan rogue from there not even a year later. The transmission is going out so i called them and had a scheduled a visit with a woman named Carrie. I called since the nissan rogue wont go anywhere. I was informed that she had left for the day. I spoke with Austin who said we could discuss options on what could be done. I had 3 recalls on my 2012 Versa. I scheduled an appointment with them and was told it would be about an hour to fix ALL 3 things and it took 1hr and 10 mins... very exceptable, since I didn't have my paperwork for the recalls and only knew of 2 recalls. They explained the other one and fixed it too. Good job guys. Thanks
