Drove 40 plus miles from the other side of Nashville to test drive a Hyundai Santa Fe. I went on a Wednesday, but my original set date was Thursday. I love Nissan and I love everybody there but yesterday I was left in the lounge area for an hour and my car was done and sitting out in the line and somehow miscommunication they thought I had drop my car off but I was sitting in there waiting on it and it had been done an hour and nobody came and got me then nobody explain to be if they were able to fix everything nobody explain to me what they did to my car 😬
They had my Pathfinder 4 weeks, said it was ready, picked it up, it was driving terrible, stopped at store, & couldn't start. Really??? Terrible
Best car buying experience. Shane was very knowledgeable and helpful. Would recommend him to anyone.
