Very disappointed with this dealership. My car has transmission issues but I had an extended warranty on my car. They had my car for almost a month if not longer before getting the warranty "approved" then proceeded to tell me there was rust on the catalytic converter so if they broke it, I would have to pay for it! Uh, no. I had it towed to Action Nissan in Nashville and not only are they fixing it for me, they're also giving me a rental car to drive until it's fixed. Thanks for wasting almost 2 months of my time!

The car buying process is stressful enough, but the customer service at this dealership will make that stress much easier to deal with. My salesperson was Jeff Jones, and he is the absolute best!! Jeremy was very helpful as well. And Sean in finance is a sweetheart! We will definitely be returning customers for as long as they are in Dickson. My husband and I love Victory Nissan of Dickson! We have been doing business with them for several years now!! We love Jeff Jones! He is the best salesperson! Very personable! Gene Aloi and Sean in Finance worked super hard making our buying experience an excellent one. We got an excellent interent rate and the vehicles we wanted at a payment that was affordable. Sean went above and beyond as well. A total package, cant wait to check out the service dept.
Worse service dept I've ever dealt with. Always have problems with them. If I didn't have the car doc I'd take my car elsewhere.
We purchased a vehicle from them a few months ago. Their sales team was very nice and direct (love that!). Overall our experience at this store was very good. I was nervous about the CVT (?) transmission, so far, so good! Only time will tell. Their service team was AMAZING! I cannot say enough about their service department. Easy to schedule an appointmment (we live an hour away). Once we arrived, we were in and out within an hour. They were super friendly! This was my first puchase through Nissan and it was a positive one.
